I need to go to sleep, but I just can't calm down!
Too many thoughts spinning in this big head 
I'm thinking of hopping into the shower to calm down a bit
I have to be at work at 6:45am, and I haven't even ironed yet

Thank God I am not the only one who gets like this. DH can't stand it when I talk to myself as I fall asleep. Sometimes as physically tired as I am, my brain can't stop.

i ended up in the shower, just sitting there til i got wrinkly and tired.
now i'm off to work
