i NEED to lose weight FAST
PLEASE HELP.
my son's graduation is in about 100 days. i have a half marathon in about 3-4 weeks.
i need to lose weight for his graduation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
my XH is probably going to be at the ceremony because his niece will be graduating, as well.
i need to look KICK ASS for this ceremony.
help me, please.
i'm willing to do anything to reach this goal.

Follow a strict paleo lifestyle. Once you get used to the time required for prepping its easy. And it's healthy. Your body responds almost immediately.

I agree with this. Or at least try to eat as clean as you can and avoid processed food.
I can't follow paleo all the time; I actually can't keep weight on when I do!!! But avoiding processed food helps a lot.
