I need to tone my stomach after 2nd c section
I am luckily down to my pre-pregnancy weight. But my tummy is like a bowl of jelly. Any exercises that have helped you? I should note, I don't have an hour each day to work out. TIA!

Planks will tone your core muscles.

I agree with planks. Also try to do V situps. It's hard but so effective.

I've had 2 c/s. It's been much harder the second time around regaining my abdominal strength.
I like doing yoga. I attend class about 3x's a week. (And I also try to practice at home.)
Yoga Journal has a free core strengthening program. I've never tried it, so I can't say if it's effective... but it's free.

As the others have said, planks are also very, very good. I've seen some plank challenges where you build up endurance. That can also be good if you need a challenge to keep you going.

you also need to put in cardio as well, plus your lower back too.
