Re: I need your list of when it is time to find another job
I've changed jobs almost 10 times in my lifetime
Factors that made me consider looking for a new job were:
1- Salary is too low where I am working 2- No Raise in the past X years (or told I would not get one) This also goes in hand with just not feeling appreciated at work (ie you bust your butt staying until 9 pm every night doing extra work and management doesnt even say thank you, etc). 3- Location (commuting time) 4- Environment (people I like working with have left or are no longer there - new people in the job not gelling as well as those I used to work with) 5-Change in management (my first law firm had 3 partners leave and this resulted in complete instability, half the people started to quit for greener pastures so I needed to get out as well) 6- Desire for a challenge in another area or field which interests you (ie career change).

Re: I need your list of when it is time to find another job
The reasons I have left my last several jobs:
1.) Advancement/promotion 2.) Higher salary 3.) Job was too stressful and not what I wanted to do anymore. After breaking down a couple times, and having the job seep into my personal life, that was a huge red flag I needed to get the hell out of there. 4.) The position I was intially hired for was terminated and they were going to give me a role doing something I had no desire to do, that didn't line up with my background or education. 5.) I also left a place because it was poorly managed and everyone's work was falling onto me and I was sick of it.
Note: At my current employer, I actually asked for a demotion after I came back from my maternity leave when my DS was born a couple of years ago for reasons similar to #3 +#5. It has worked out extremely well, my salary only changed by a couple of thousand dollars a year and I have a much better work/life balance now and really enjoy my job for the most part.
