I never knew she could love a shirt this much!
I got this "Mermaid Princess" shirt for Emily at the Children's Place yesterday. She immediately started saying "Ariel" this morning when I put it on her...and has been LOVING it all day, patting the picture of the mermaid and stuff (who looks nothing like Ariel IMO!)
So when I woke her up before to get her into her PJs she got so upset when I took the shirt off of her. She started crying so bad so I put the shirt on her MiMi dolly, which she thought was the funniest thing.
But then she pulled the shirt off of MiMi and told me "arm thru" which is what she says when she's putting a shirt on...so I put it on over her PJs and she got a total kick out of it.
I did not know that a 19 month old could get so excited about a piece of clothing! I think she has a favorite shirt!

They never cease to amaze you do they? We took Miranda for pictures today in this dress my mom *had* to have her photographed in  . Anyway it came with a hat and jacket so we figured we do some with the hat and jacket and some without. Not a chance. She wanted them both on at all times. She freaked when I changed her back into her normal dress.
OK Emily is so freaking adorable!

I think I am going to have to. She just woke up for the morning and when I pulled it up to unzip her PJs she FREAKED OUT because she thought I was taking it off. She screamed this horrible screaching scream that I've never heard before and started sobbing uncontrollably. She can't wear the shirt again today! I hope she's just still a little tired and cranky since she just woke up.
