I only had AF for a day?? please help

i cant catch a break here.. i hope my body isnt messed up..

but i got AF yesterday and this morning there was NOTHING!! what does this mean? it was definate that AF was there , so it wasnt just spotting.

do you think that my cycles are just messed up from the MC? i never had AF for just a day , now i am scared that i wont ovulate this month

Hi Deanna I'm not too sure, but I'm guessing that it is related to your m/c in some way. Maybe it's that your hormones are still a little out of whack now. Have you started seeing your new doc yet? If AF doesn't come on (again) by Monday, maybe you should give him/her a call...it may give you some peace of mind. GL

After I had our loss, my AF was like that, I thought it was gone, and then it would come back. It was very weird. You just have to wait it out and let your body regulate.

Is this your first AF since your MC? Is it possible that this could have been implantation bleeding? After my MC last year, I got AF, but it was much lighter than normal, and it was later than normal...I actually thought I was PG, but after confirming with a blood test by the dr, I wasn't. It was just AF, but a different one than I had ever had before. I did get PG the next month though so I am not sure that crazy AF affected my body too much. Could you test to just put your mind at ease or have a blood test done?

so you think it will come back soon? i am so confused as to whats going on.. i never had irregular cycles.
my 1st AF after my MC was totally normal... im not understanding why this one is crazy.
so i should not consider this AF and still wait for it?

Hi Deanna, I just saw this. I just wanted to say that maybe your cycle just changed because of the MC. I heard that it can make periods abnormal, or not even present for awhile.

I had normal periods, and then all of a sudden when I turned 30 I would bleed for 1 or 2 days a little bit, then it would go away, and a day or two later it would come back full force! I don't know why, my body just changed I guess I never asked my doctor, I actually should but didn't think about it....anyway....Maybe you should just call your doc to see what they say, I would if it were me. Do you still have cramps now?

It might...I would get it for a day, then the next day nothing and I would think WOOHOO...then the day after that, it was back. It was mind torture. I would just see what your body does...maybe it only was 1 day long...who knows...wait a couple of days to see what happens, and if you are really worried, call the doctor.
