I posted earlier about having a 5 w sono ***update***
durring the exam she did a pelvic and pap smear. When I went to to the bathroom I had a brownish dark pink almost...( not RED) on my underwear Soory I know TMI. Should I be worried, call the dr in the morning??
I am sorry about all these questions tonight but I cant help but feeling worried
*****Update***** First I want to thank you to evertone for the advice and helping keeping me so calm. I called today and they said for many women it is normal and just to keep and eye on it, if it countinues of becomed red to call them back. So I decided that hopefully it is normal and that I am going to be as postive as possible and hope for the best.
Thanks Again!!!

You should always call, but I don't think it is anything but old blood.

My gyno told me not to freak out if I saw blood after my 1st visit w/ her where she did pelvic exam, so chances are there is nothing to worry about - but defintiely call....

I agree. I was told it was normal after pelvic exams.

Re: I posted earlier about having a 5 w sono
I wouldn't worry. I had that and it was just from my cervix being very sensitive to the pelvic exam.
ETA: I would try to relax more, I know easier said then done, but stress and anxiety are not good things. Just sit back and bask in your pregnancy.

Re: I posted earlier about having a 5 w sono
I had that with my first but it was bright red and the PA saw it right away. She waited for it to stop bleeding and kept cleaning me inside. Some people have a sensative cervix. I spotted for a few hours and that was it. She did an internal the following week just to check and I was fine.

I agree. I was told it was normal after pelvic exams. I had the same thing. Brown & pink then orange spotting. Always call the Dr to check (after all (s)he is the expert) but I was told even before that especially after the pelvic that I might have some spotting.
