I pulled something in my neck and im in so much pain!
I felt it pop this morning and have been in pain ever since! Is there anything I can rub on it that is safe for baby? Like icy hot or something? I know I can't take aleve and tylenol does nothing. TIA!

Well first... when did you change your name?! Second.. why didnt I get a heads up.. and third.. I hope you feel better. Take some tylenol (even though it does nothing) and a warm bath..

Try a chiropractor - I always go to mine's (which luckily is my DH) when my neck hurts - it always gets fixed in a jiffy. hope you feel better!!

Haha! I changed it today and I've been in my own little hell aka this horrible class I'm taking so I didn't think to tell you. It didn't take long for u to figure me out lol!

Nope took 2 seconds. Im sorry your hurting. Want me to come massage you? Im sorry about the dumb class. It will be over soon. I really hope you are feeling better. Text me later and let me know how you are doing. Just try and relax... maybe try a heating pad?
Also call your dr. I hurt my back in the beggining and my dr. told me I could take a motrin if I really needed to..She said one or two wouldnt hurt.

YEAH!!! Can u come massage me!? Eric sucks at it lol! I went to CVS and got some of those heat pads that stick to you. Its helping.

Glad to hear those heat pads are helping! I used one of those on my lower back a few months ago when I hurt myself at the gym and it was amazing!

The same week I found out I was PG I pulled something in my neck and it was painful to even turn my head. I wen to to the chiro and he cracked my neck and did some massage therapy on it and it worked like a charm.
