You can get such good deals though. they often have 20% off w/ free shipping and their sales are great. I aways check their website.

I spend a lot of money there, but it's primarily for my kids. I can't say I like a lot of their women's or men's line.

I never noticed a surcharge for the items that came from out of the country.  Most of my packages come from the PA location, but occasionally I receive some stuff from Belgium, I think.
As for shipping, you can sometimes find promo codes for free shipping.
