i really need to be here.
ok i'm am here... please encourage me to stay... i keep falling off the wagon.
i'm gonna try the slim fast diet (again ).. i saw today in the stores the slim fast low carb option.. is anyone on that? if so, what do you eat? TIA!

I am not a fan of slim fast. eventually, you're going to go back to eating 3x a day and IMO, slim fast does nothing to teach you how to eat better.
and also, it gives you the worst gas!

Good Luck! I am using Sparkpeople.com and CalorieKing.com to track my daily calorie intake and it really helps... I can't do a diet, I need to have everything, and this helps put everything into moderation and helps give you perspective. I lost 8 lbs in 2 weeks just tracking the stuff I ate.

i know.. i've been on it before and i'm not really a fan either. i know i need to go on ww and be better but i need a jumpstart for the summer!
