I REALLY need to find someplace else to work
 the drama, OMG, I have worked with drama before but NEVER like this. and my manager somethings that come out of her month sometimes just is   it is just not a healthy environment. i try to say away from the drama but sometimes it is just so hard not to, and when you put 2 strong headed people together it really can get ugly. KWIM.

I hear ya hun. I like my job for the most part, and it has an awful lot of "perks", however the drama thing related to dealing with colleagues who are off their freakin' rocker is what gets me.
I am obviously pretty tolerant given what I do for a living, but when it comes to people who are supposed to be "professionals" who don't have their issues in check........that's another story......
I also am referring to people who are in "powerful" positions and it's amazing the way the act.

omg ITA with this! my boss is the co-owner of our company and shes just the devil!!! i try not to take it personally cause she even talks to her own kids this way, but its very frustrating to deal with on a daily basis! she always says to ask questions if you dont understand but when you ask questions she answers you like duhhhhhh and makes you feel so stupid for asking! very aggravating!
she even talks to the other owner this way and hes TERRIFIED of her!
