I repeated my immun panel and my levels came back
elevated, my homocysteine and lupus anticoagulant levels are elevated.
I had trouble following what the doctor was saying. Both are predispositions to pregnancy loss and or heart disease.
now I am more confused. clotting issues, needing vit B complex and blood thinners.

I'm not familiar with this but I would call your Doctor and ask for either a appointment or a phone consult to help you understand it all.

I repeated my immun panel and my levels came back
After two losses, I tested positive for lupus anticoagulant. I took: Baby aspirin every day Lovenox injection every day until 34 weeks Heparin Injection twice a day from 34- delivery at 38. Once I did that, I got my daughter :)
The way it was explained to me was that with lupus anticoagulant, my blood is too thick and the blood doesn't get to uterus to support a growing fetus.

I know it's more confusing for you, but I'm glad you got some answers. Keep your appt in the city and you will have more info for your dr to work with and come up with a protocol.

I'm currently in the same protocol. I had a DVT in the past and late term losses due to blood not flowing properly to my uterus and blockage in the maternal side of the placenta. I take baby aspirin everyday ( cycling or not) and Lovenox (day of retrieval or 5 days before FET) through 34 weeks then heparin until delivery.
If their isn't proper blood flow your embryo won't stick.

Also make sure your vitamin d is where it should be see this article http://uscfertility.org/fertility-treatments/vitamin-d-fertility/
It helps with immune issues.
