I returned my damaged Uggs to Nordstroms
Well, my dh brought my Uggs with the ripped toe back to Nordstrom. I have to say, I didn't buy them there but got some great advice on here to return them there. They didn't have my size so they refunded out cc for the full amount of the classic tall uggs.
YAY!!
So now I can buy a new pair of tall uggs!!!

I LOVE Nordstrom 
I returned a Petunia Picklebottom there that I got for my baby shower (it just wasn't my style, and my aunt had bought it from a boutique in Florida) and was able to exchange it for the Kate Spade Diaper bag
They carried it, so I didn't feel so bad.
