I saw a crib on JCPENNYS I like...
Yes I dont have any furniture and am due dec 1st...WOOHOO  Can anyone top that??? LOL
Anyhow I want to post for u girls to see and tell me what ya think...how do I do that? Also it says solid wood and wood veneer...whats that? I am getting the go ahead here before I show my mom. She is not one for buying cr@p so if thats not a good combo wood let me know.

the crib has 3 pieces but only 2/3 come in honey pine which is what is posted and I like so I might have to do cherry to do all 3 peices...what does everyone think?

OK problem #2...I noticed it said they deliver to the front door.
Does JCpennys have assembly of products bc I cant do it thats for sure.

I got our crib from JCPenney.... we got it in 10 days, so great on shipping. Bad thing we had to put it together ourselves. My brother did it in 2 hours.

Can DH, family or friend do it for you? You can bribe them with food - pizza and a beer.
ETA: It wasn't horrible. I would have done it myself but just couldn't sit on the floor to do parts of it. I have taken it apart since and it's not that bad. You'll just need two hands sometimes to hold while one will screw it together. DH is not very handy.

Oh my the move...here's a tip. Throw out everything before you pack. I was in such a mood unpacking, I tossed so much anyway. Of course after it had been packed and carried up to the 3rd floor. Then carried back down in a trash bag. with the babies coming, we are going to gain so much extra "stuff" I wanted all our clutter gone.
Do you have a bassinett? I sure don't. I do have a stroller that has a bassinett top to it. Its these calls, they tell me don't buy a thing, its taken care of....My dr says last week "So do you have the nursery all ready?" I said no, not at all. He says "Well a shoebox will get the job done"
