I SAW AND HEARD HEARTBEAT TODAY
So I went to the High Risk OB today for my first sono..I am 6 W 3D today and I am soooooooo relieved!!!!!
Not only did I see the flickering Heartbeat on the sono, I was able to hear it as well (I guess their equipment is more advanced there). The dr. said it was perfect.....Heart Rate was 120s, CRL was 4.4 and they said I was 6w1d (which I guess could be possible!)
I am soooo thankful!!!!

YAY! i'm so happy for you! i have my appt tomw i'll be 6 wks too....i hope i hear a HB, all i saw last week was the sac and a dot!

That's great news! I'm jealous you were able to hear the heartbeat- we were only able to see the heartbeat at my 6 and 7 week sonos. I didn't realize you could hear it that early on.

Honestly, I never thought they can hear one that early, but the tech said that their sono machine is different than the ones at an OB's office bc they are perinatologists, so they have the capability of hearing so early.
