I sent a letter to Dunkin Donuts about the horrible service yesterday
I just emailed them this letter. I hate to get anyone in trouble, but this girl was unbelievable!
I just wanted to send an email about my visit to your store yesterday at about 10am. I never, never complain or open my mouth about service, but I just had to send a complaint about the service I received yesterday. I went to your Westbury loacation yesterday, as I do every morning, and received the worst service and attitude ever. I was placing my order at the drive up, and the girl taking my order was very rude and impatient, even though I knew exactly what I was going to order. I was waiting for her to confirm my forst order as they always do, and when I told her that I had something else to order, she said, "Well go ahead already" in a very rude tone. All I ordered was 2 coffees, and a muffin. I get the same thing every day. When I go to pay, I realize that instead of an regular coffee, they made an iced coffee. I explained that I ordered it regular, and she begins to get nasty and tell me, "No, you said Iced". I told her that I have never ordered an iced coffee before, I don't even like iced coffee. She continues to argue with me, and then starts speaking in spanish to another girl about me. I do not look like a person who fluently speaks spanish, so she probably didn't think that I knew what she was saying, but I have taken many years of Spanish classes, therefore I knew everything she was saying about me. It was extremly rude of her and the other worker and this could have been avoided very easily. I am always very pleasant when my order is wrong and never get annoyed. Eveyone makes mistakes, but this was absolutley unacceptable. I am very sorry to say that I will never go back to this location again, even though it is very convienent for me. I would appreciate it if this matter is discussed with your employees. As someone who has always worked in customer service, you always have to be polite and make the customer happy. This person had no clue what good customer service is, and i'm sure that i'm not the only one that has gotten the wrath of her bad day. Thank You for your time.

i know this is almost a year old but i just saw it at the bottom where they have "related posts". i wanted to let you know that i have had the SAME problems with the westbury DD! i actually got cursed at and given the finger once by a VERRYYYY rude person at the window when i told him that he got my order wrong!
i just get so frustrated when people are rude!!!! if you dont like your job, get another one!!! dont take it out on customers who help pay your salary!!!!!
