I should be grateful...but dear lord help me..
The twins came back from their father's tonight after being gone for a week...
We're in the car coming back from 7 11. It's me, them, and one of their friends...
I hear my DD whispering to the friend and then they burst into giggles...
To which my other DD says "You HAVE to tell mom"...
What was so funny you ask?
Well my one daughter went into her father's room to search for a pair of socks for her cousin. After opening all of his dresser drawers and finding no socks she decides to look in his night table drawer...
What does she find?
Yep....a package of condoms...
But that wasnt what they were giggling about....
The funny part to them was that it was a package of LARGE condoms...
I wasnt prepared to discuss the size of their father's appendage with them. But let's put it this way...they were pretty sure that their father SHOULD NOT be using LARGE condoms....(Do they sell extra small?  )
The fact that they even discussed this with me as open as they did is comforting to me. Im glad that we have the lines of communication open...
But I really wasnt prepared to have this conversation with them....EVER....
I cant help myself. But should I let my ex know?

Awesome that they told you. If your girls are like mine I am sure you cherish the moments that you get let in on the joke.

O-M-G !! I would have if my DD came home and told me that !! (including the "large" part)
It's great that your DD's feel they can tell you these things though. I'm not so sure mine would....she would be too embarrassed !!

I never did ask them how they knew what they were in the first place...
I dont think I had that talk with them yet.....
ETA: Because I had to ask....
Me: How did you know what that was in Daddy's drawer?
L: It said Trojan Extasy on them...
Me: But how did you know what condoms were?
L: Are you kidding me?
Me: No really...
L: I see commercial's mother...I watch TV...
