I sometimes feel like....
I'm going to get sick when I'm eating breakfast. It's been going on for a couple months now and it only happens occasionally and only when I'm eating breakfast. Any thoughts?

no, seriously, if i wait too long to eat in the mornings when i am hungry, that sometimes happens to me too.

Just had AF so I don't think that's possible. And I pretty much wake up put cereal in a bowl and eat.

i can't eat first thing in the morning or i feel sick. i wake up at 6 and eat something at work between 9 and 10.

ITA- I feel like my body isn't ready for food yet at that hour...

I've always eaten right when I wake up (since I was little) and all of a sudden it's making me feel sick. But at the same time, I don't feel sick everyday. It makes no sense

I get this too. For me I think it has to do with what I ate the night before. If I ate something sweet or heavy right before bed, I get the icky feeling in my stomach when I try to eat in the morning.
