I started Weight Watchers this week
I'm very excited to see how I do with this. Today was my first full day and I did really well. I was hungry at times, but never starving. I kept to my points and made smart choices. So I hope I'm able to really stick with it. Anyone that has any tips or suggestions I would be happy to hear. Or even just success stories would be great too.

First of all Congrats on joining. I am not on WW (probably should be) but have been a member in the past. If you are hungry, make sure you are drinking more water to keep that feeling at bay. I have a recipe for a really delicious water concoction and it is sooo good for you. I got it from the Flat Belly diet book. Let me know if you are interested in it.

It's going to sound strange but it's tasty & good for your whole system. I make a big pitcher a couple of times a week.
Here it is: 1 cucumber thinly sliced (I often use 1/2 a cucumber) a knuckles worth of grated ginger about 10 mint leaves 1/2 lemon thinly sliced
Put all that in a pitcher---looks like a salad---LOL. Then add about 2 liters of water (or just fill the pitcher) and allow it to sit in refrigerator over night. Try to drink the whole pitcher within a day or so then throw out all of the salad stuff. Start again with fresh ingredients when you are ready. It tastes a little like a kicked up lemonade. It's a diuretic and the ginger is good for cleansing your blood.
