I think I am finally going to join this board
I have not worked out in a VERY long time. Then it was the pregnancy, then the baby..... It's not like I don't know how to work out. I used to be a personal trainer.
Well, I bought the 30 day shred online and did a store pick-up. I will pick it up later. I hope something "trendy" will motivate me.

That's great!!!  I started the 30 Day Shred last week and just did the first day of the Level 2 workout. It kicked my butt!!! (but in a good way).

Good Luck! The 30 day shred is a really great workout that doesn't take that long at all! You will be feeling it. Jillian Michaels Cardio Kickbox is also a great one if you want to switch it up a little.
