I think I am going to be one of THOSE women
I am wearing a dress this weekend that just doesn't work with black tights and it ill be very very cold so I will be succumbing to the nude hoses...  
Which one is a good brand that is very sheer and looks as little as possible as the the little old lady pantyhose?

I like No Nonsense Almost Bare. I heard they discontinued them though and the new one that is comparable is called Sheer & Silky. They were like bare legs.
I wear Leggs Silken Mist a lot though because they seem to be easier to find ....target and cvs don't carry No Nonsense for some reason.
But I swear i only get 1 wearing out of them most times...they rip so easily.
See if you can find the No Nonsense

Pretty Polly oil sheen. They're a knockoff of the Wolfford ones Princess Kate wears. I think it looks silly when women are sporting bare legs in the middle of winter.

Not to mention- bare legs, especially in winter, are not exactly the most attractive to the eye- with a rare exception of someone who has perfect skin tone and flawless skin on their legs.
I'd MUCH rather see a pair of good sheer hose.

Do hose really make a difference though in terms of keeping your legs warmer than just going bare? And how does one actually put them on without getting snags in them right out of the package? They're the world's most annoying thing. They really are.
Not saying you shouldn't wear them, just wondering about these questions lol.

I feel like they make a TINY bit of difference in the cold- nothing major but I feel so bare and naked and like the cold wind is blowing up my cootch without them on.
They are a HUGE PIA and yes uncomfortable. Sometimes I struggle to get them on and then they are binding all day and I want to rip them off.
I find if you size up they are easier to get on and wear and also if you go with non control top
But yes, I long for the days of summer when I can go without them.
Super annoying
