I think I am going to breakdown and buy the Clear Blue Easy Monitor

I know Ebay is the cheapest place to buy it. Is it gross to buy a used one? Also can it be "re-set?"

EHH...I would find it a little gross. I don't think it could be reset until you have AF....make sure you program it to test O in the morning. I bought it off of amazon.com. I like it because it's accurate and I am positive when I ovulate.

This may sound dumb but how did you sanitized it? Also were you able to re-set it?

Drugstore.com has it for $150 - how much is it normally?

I got those clorox sanitizing wipes and wiped the whole thing, and then got a qtip and sprayed bleach on it, and wiped the small area where the test sticks snap in to. And yes they can be reset, but I am not sure how. The one I bought came reset already.

Re: I think I am going to breakdown and buy the Clear Blue Easy Monitor

I bought a band new never used factory sealed monitor off ebay.
I bought it from kewlade1.

I was a little grossed out to be honest to buy a used one...even though it really doesnt come into contact with urine. I wanted a new one also b/c I didnt know about erasing someone elses info.

I forgot I paid about $135 including monitor and sticks. It ranges beased on auction.

Re: I think I am going to breakdown and buy the Clear Blue Easy Monitor

I was able to buy a new in box, never used or opened, CBEFM off of ebay for about $100. I bought the sticks from drugstore.com for about $40something.

I personally wouldn't buy a used one...you just have to read the posts on Ebay to make sure it says new in box.

I ordered it on my husband's account, but I could find out the seller if you wanted.

The monitor is great. If you have an FSA account the monitor is seen as an FSA eligible expense...that's how I bought mine. Drugstore.com is good to start and plenty of people on ebay sell new ones. Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon
