I think I have a cold...or allergies...please help!

My eyes are watery, I'm sneezing and congested. Last night, I could not take it and sprayed afrin because I could not breathe. I know, I'm terrible. I only did one small spray in each nostril and I rarely take it. My dr told me I can take claritin or zyrtec. Any "natural" recommendations to clear my stuffiness as that is the most uncomfortable? People at work are complaining of allergies, so not sure which it is. I'm just over 28 weeks.

I am just getting over a nasty cold myself. I didn't take anything - I just waited it out. Try saline spray maybe? Get lot's of rest..I know it knocked me out!

I heard that theNeti Pot works very well. I think you can get it in any pharmacy. Feel better.

I was told I could take tylenol cold last week by my doctor.

I have a vicks machine that I got at cvs, It kicks menthol into the air all night so I was able to breath & sleep.

IT's ragweed season welcome to allergies. Go to the doc he can give you a nasal spray. If you want something natural honestly salt water. They have it at the health food store. Or put your face over a boiling pot of water with a towel over and take a few deep breath's hope this helps
