I think I need to "go" (TMI)

I can't remember the last time I went #2 and maybe that is what is making me feel awful still from last night.

Any suggestions on how to make myself go?

I am having oatmeal for breakfast

I have the same issue.

Eat lots and lots of fiber, should loosen you up a bit to let it come out.

Or have a little coffee/tea, caffeine seems to be a laxative for me.

Feel better!Chat Icon

Re: I think I need to "go" (TMI)

I learned a secret from my sister...she works w/ babies and says she gives them apple juice when they are backed up. I tried it, and it works! I also helped out a PG co-worker w/ that advice and it worked for her too...she called me from home as soon as she "felt better" to tell me how much she loved me. Chat Icon

Re: I think I need to "go" (TMI)

I had the same issue and had to take some colace.

I told my doctor about my problem and she swithed my prenatal to one with a stool softner. Since then, I've had no problems!

Plum juice - it's better (at least in my mind) than prune juice.
Fiber One cereal every morning.
I also took Colace when it was really bad.
