I think I screwed up my CBEFM for this month!

I "think" I wasn't paying attention and when I was very unpleasantly surprised with AF early, I "think" I set in the afternnon or at night.

I went to turn it on this morning and it didn't ask me for a stick. o what do I do, it's CD7, I can't reset it right? So do I POAS and keep it till it asks, or do I PIAC and keep it (ICK) until it asks me?

I was SO going to try hard this month, it's the last month before DH and I go for Help

Is this your first month using CBEFM? For me, after 1 month of using it, it got used to my cycle and didn't ask me to POAS until CD10...because I didn't get a peak reading until CD15 or something like that the month before.

OR...I'm not sure...but maybe it will ask you this evening. I know you have a 3 hour window to POAS with the CBEFM.

It may not ask until CD 9. Hang in there!

it normally asks for a stick at like day 9 or 10 for me..so it may not be time yet.

Finally at 12pm it switched to CD8 and asked me for a stick. This is my 6 or 7th month (I have lost track!) using it. I just knew I set it in the afternoon (for a while I thought I set it at night!)

So should I PIAC and dip the stick at noon, or POAS and test at noon?

you're supposed to use FMU so i would guess pee in the cup when u first get up and then use the tester at noon.
