I think I stopped BF today
I'm not sure how I feel about it. It's been coming - I have been needing to end it. We were down to a.m. and p.m. sessions and a couple of wks ago, when Ryan was super tired, I was able to just put him to bed without nursing him. That was the end of the p.m. session.
Morning has been tougher. He pulls at my shirt and yells for milk when I go in to get him in the morning - or points to the boppy. But I think my supply is pretty much gone - I'm 14.5 wks PG.
I've been waiting for a morning when I could casually distract him and see if it worked. This morning he was very interested in putting all the animals he threw out of his crib back in - and so I tried it. And so, I guess that's it.
He was particularly attached when I brought him to daycare. He's never had separation anxiety issues but this wk he has been clingy (I think he's cutting another tooth). I felt terrible not nursing him when I know he's having a rough wk - but I knew I had to take the opportunity when he was distracted. 
So, I guess that's it - retiring the boob until the fall. Ryan's a wk shy of 14 months.
