I think I'm ready to post here
Hi Ladies. I've been lurking for a while and feel like its time to jump in. DH and I have been TTC for over a year after having an ectopic pregnancy in Nov 2011.
I went to see a RE back in April but didn't feel comfortable with the doctor or facility. I started at a new RE this month and its a world of difference with the doctor and staff. We are almost done with the testing process. I just have to do the biopsy this Tues and DH has to give a 2nd sample (first sample was really low).
So I know I will probably have tons of questions and could use the support, and I look forward to posting and supporting you all!

Thank you Lillies & PhyllisNJoe! I was so nervous about going to a RE, but the process has been fairly smooth so far...not as scary as I first envisioned. The worst part has been the blood work. My day 3 blood work was 20 tubes (which took 1 hour, 2 nurses, 3x getting stuck, and a meltdown to complete because of my horrible veins). And then I had to go for more blood work which required another 12 tubes.
I'm just anxious to meet with the doctor to go over all the results and find out what's next.

Welcome and good luck. WOW 20 tubes- thats a lot. I have bad veins too but once the nurse gets to know your veins it gets easier I drink a whole bottle of water because they say being hydrated is important. I used to be so scared of needles and now its like whatever. You gotta do what you gotta do What RE are you seeing? Best of luck.
