I think my blood pressure crashed last night
I had a pretty busy day yesterday, and with the exception of RLP, I felt fine all day. I went shopping, got some fresh air, went for a walk, cleaned our apartment, etc. Then last night I started to doze off sitting up, which was odd. I got up to go to bed. I felt a little wobbly, but I think I was just tired since I was dozing just before that. I got into the bedroom and started to change when all of a sudden I got really dizzy and severely nauseous. I had a hard time keeping my eyes opened, but I screemed for DH. I was sio sure I was going to throw up right then. I got very hot and started sweating. I took some deep breaths and sat...a little hunched over. After a few minutes it passed on it's own...so I doubt it was blood sugar. TBH, this scared the living you-know-what out of me. Today I am so nervous to do anything and am just anxious to go to the doctor tomorrow. Anyone experience this before? The reason why I was thinking low blood pressure is that it's been running pretty low (90/60). Now I am so worried about the baby and I am affraid to go out, or even be alone today. Anyone experience anything like this? Any thoughts, advice, or even prayers? I've heard you can get dizzy in T2, but this seems a bit too extreme.

Re: I think my blood pressure crashed last night
I've been through that and it's VERY scary. Luckily it hasn't happened since I've been pregnant...and I imagine it's ten times more scary when you are!
I actually went through some tests to figure out why I'm prone to fainting (or almost fainting), and one reason is when my blood pressure dips. I wouldn't say it has to do with too much activity...I feel like the times it's happened to me it's usually if I haven't taken care of myself as far as diet, or it's really hot out and I haven't hydrated. It's possible you didn't eat enough yesterday or drink enough water.
This is gonna sound odd, too - but my doc told me to up my salt intake back then. He wanted me to drink gatorade. Not sure if that's really advisable while pregnant...but that's the advice that was given to me.
I'm sorry you had that episode- I'm sure your DH was concerned too! Take care of yourself!

Re: I think my blood pressure crashed last night
I've had that quite a bit in this pregnancy - I've noticed it happens if I haven't gotten enough sleep and go to long between meals, or if I'm not drinking enough water. My doc also found that my blooodwork shows I'm anemic, which I'm sure is contributing.
I would mention it to your ob/gyn - it really could be a number of things, low blood pressure, low blood sugar, dehydration, etc. It could even be low potassium...
