I think one of my kitties is sick - updated again

Ramsey, one of the kittens is just not himself. He's eating and cleaning himself, and being his usual mushy self, but he is more lethargic than usual, he's not running around with the other two, he's just laying on the couch watching them.
At what point should I take him to the vet? He seems normal except for the not running around part.

UPDATE: Ramsey had a fever and I left him at the vet to be observed until the end of the day. THey are going to give him antibiotics and fluids while he is there and then send him home with oral anitbiotics.

They were giving me all kinds of things they could do like bloodwork, xrays, iv, hospitalization, all really $$$. I guess I'll see how he does on the antibiotics and take it from there. Its so hard because they can't tell you what they are feeling.
Thanks everyone for the hugs and concern. I'll keep you updated on how he is doing. I hope whatever he has he didn't give to my other two cats.


2ND UPDATE:
His fever went down from 105 to 103.3, so thats good. We took him home, he seems much more alert than he did before. We'll give him antibiotics over the next few days and see how he does.
Reese was happy to see him back home!

Feel around his paws and see if he's sensitive in any of the areas.

I'd call the vet if it continues all day...and describe to them what's going on and see if they recommend anything else.

I would take him to the vet, if there is something wrong, it is better to catch it earlier rather than later, I hope he is OK

OK I am taking him to the vet at 1:15. I hope he is ok
My other kitten is cleaning him I think she is worried too, its so cute.

He was much more like himself this morning! Jumping on top of the garbage can and playing with a piece of paper, his normal routine.
The vet said he wasn't happy while he was there. He hates being away from his sister, from the first night we had them, he would cry if they were apart.
So he was very happy to come home!!
