I think the MS officially started. ugh.
I am 7 weeks 1 day today. Last night I was sick after dinner and this morning I could not even finish my breakfast.. I thought I was lucky not getting MS thus far, but I guess it was wishful thinking! Thank goodness I bought sea bands a few weeks ago just in case! I just hope I don't get nauseous at work and have them notice!
For those that went through this, were there any foods that you found helped ease your MS?

Re: I think the MS officially started. ugh.
I have had it for a couple of weeks now, it is bad this time! The only thing I seem to be able to eat are carbs or a protein smoothie. I have the preggo pops, ginger candy, peppermint tea, etc and nothing really helps. If I don't eat it gets worse though so I try to force myself to eat a little bit all throughout the day.

Re: I think the MS officially started. ugh.
My doc told me to eat a small meal every 2 hours consisting of carbs. He said even if I am feeling ok to stay on this schedule. Also - ginger helps.
Also, my doc said that the prenatals may be causing nausea. He switched mine up and that seemed to help - but I am definetely still nauseus.
I'm suffering through it now too - hope you feel better soon!

for me, the more carbs the better. I would eat a huge bagel loaded with cream cheese and would feel better after that.

For me only ginger ale and never letting my stomach get empty are the only things that help. I keep saltines and a 2liter of canada dry at my desk at work at all times lol.
