I think this was asked before: re big kid bed
When transitioning a toddler to a larger bed, would you go straight to a full size bed from a crib if you already owned one? I decided to skip the toddler bed all together, but am undecided on buying a twin or putting a full in DC room....Suggestions?

We chose to spend the money on a high-quality full sized bed instead of a twin, that way it will (hopefully!) last longer, but I slept in a twin until I moved out of my parents house at 24 so it's probably not a huge deal

We went right from a crib to a full sized bed with no problems.
