I tired my "Set it and Forget it"...
I made a chicken tonight for DH and I with the "set it and forget it". Actually, its a the Baby George Forman Rotisserie (sp?). The chicken was so easy to make and it was really good!!! I am so proud of myself...lol

I cooked a Cornish Hen. I got one from Stop and Shop that was pre-seasoned and I popped it on the spit and thew it in for an hour. It was really good! And so easy.

I LOVE my "Set it and Forget it"!!!! I make chicken and roast beef on a regular basis. It' so easy and so yummy!!!
