I told my kids today that....
I am pregnant! They were so excited. It made me so happy, I really needed that!
Mind you, they are 8 th graders!

When I told my 8th graders last year, they started shreiking and jumping up and down. It was ADORABLE and I wish I had it on video. I had them all as seventh graders, so at that point, we had all been "together" for a school year and a half.

YAH!!! When are you due???
i told mine on Monday. they are first graders. they were excited and one of my kids found a book from the book basket about babies and told me to read it!

I am due in March!
I have to say that there have been some things in life that has had me pretty down but they were a real lift me up!! I did not know what kind of reaction to expect but they have been so great.
And I teach science, and we just are finishing reproduction. So now they know to refer to my baby as a fetus for now!
