I have a sectional from LaZBoy with a sleeper -- not bad.
It isn't leather - its microfiber but recently the color has really not looked that great (its tan and its 2 years old).

JC Penney Macy's Raymour & Flanigan Bob's Discount Furniture The Place (on Rt 110) Jennifer Convertibles
I was recently looking for the same exact thing and those were some of the places I looked. I decided to hold off for a bit but I saw lots of nice stuff and some really nice prices. Lots of clearance stuff too, if it happens to be what you need in the color you want, you can really get some deals.

I have a LaZBoy section also that is microfiber in a brown (pics in my album) and we did not get a sleeper because we thought it wouldn't fit. We bought ours at raymour & flannigan last year and you can choose whatever configuration you would like.
