I want to cry. All I wanted for Christmas was our wedding video and our local post office has lost the package!!!!
I paid Duet to ship our wedding DVDs overnight b/c I wanted to have them in time for Christmas so the whole family could watch it together.
WELL, I just got off the phone with the "carrier supervisor"  at the local post office here in NJ and he thinks the package was dropped off at another location. They really don't know which location that would be!!!! I'm sorry, but I am not exaggerating...this kind of sh*t happens to me ALL the time. It's like nobody can do their job right...I know it's a busy time of year, but COME ON!!!!!
Should I tell Duet to work on getting me more copies or should I actually have faith that the USPS is going to find and deliver my wedding dvds before Christmas

Get Duet on the phone and ask them to send another copy via Fedex. Pay for the Fedex.

Tell Duet to re-send overnight using an overnight carrier like Fedex or UPS -- with Saturday delivery!

yes, but they THINK it was "accidently" delivered to some company that gets over 100 packages a day...they are not sure and are "checking on it".

I would tell Duet & have them send another copy overnight Sat. Delivery. I sorry this is happening to you! I'll keep my fingers crossed that they will find & deliver the original today!!!

I just called Duet. Sue is calling the video company that they use to make the copies...she is not sure how long it takes to make new copies......I doubt they can be sent out today. Boo! This sucks.

That totally stinks!!!! I would definately make it a point to have it sent via Fed Ex or UPS. I don't trust USPS!!!

I think I'd be yelling at USPS - they have one more day to work this out - 2 if they deliver on Sunday.
