Re: I want to do a cleanse?..help
when I have eaten bad and feel sluggish
and tired and bloated I drink tons of water
and eat a lot of veggies, fruits and make
sure I use flax seed (milled) that takes
away the bloat. No junk food, no bread
or starchy foods. After couple of days Im
back to normal.

I've actually inquired about this "cleanse" craze as well, and have been reminded time and again that this is the best way to go about things.

Re: I want to do a cleanse?..help
My sister just did the BluePrint Cleanse for 3 days and she said she felt awesome afterwards...I think you can buy the juices at Whole Foods.
ETA: My sister lives in NJ...the Whole Foods website says the juices are available at the WF by her, but I am not sure about the ones on Long Island.

I just did something similar and lost 4 pounds (I'm only 5'2'') I am working with a nutrtionist and week one was:
- no carbs - high protein, portion controlled meals - lots of water (she says a gallon a day but I didn't get up quite that high) - poop tea at night
I 'ate' 5 times/day. 3 were regular meals and two were protein shakes made with almond milk.

That's def not it, but I know you figured that out already! :)
It's called dieter's tea and you can buy it at GNC, The Vitamin Shoppe, etc etc. The nutritionist calls it poop tea because that's what it makes you do.
Also to clarify, it was 4 pounds in one week, which was better than I ever did on WW. I'm on a 12 week program with her and (not that I"m eating limited carbs) feel great!
