I want to do bootcamp!!
I'm really interested in doing some sort of outdoor bootcamp. I don't know how or how to get started!! Anyone know of any outdoor bootcamp programs going on? Or is anyone intersted in starting a group?

Nope...but there is this great 10 wk total body shaping course - oh wait...YOU were the one that got me hooked on it!

That's EXACTLY what I'm talking about!!! Unfortunatley it's too far for me 
Yeah I guess the total body shaping class is my only option right now. Jess to answer your question you have to go 5 days a week. Each day there is a different part of the body worked on and by the end you get a total body workout.
I think I'm going to do the next one in December. I have to take a class this semester and don't want to commit 5 nights a week to that.

I'm going to work super, super hard to get the next 10 wk course for free & do it with you guys.
