I was asked TWICE today if I am having twins....
Within two minutes of each other.
When I replied "No - just one" -- one woman said "Oh - you must be ready to go any second now"
"Ummmm NO - I still have TWO months to go!" - The woman almost passed out 
I said "It's a good thing I make 10 pound babies!" and off I went to eat my cheeseburger and fries. I showed them!

Im in the same boat, i got asked yesterday twice as well about the twins and people gasp when I tell them my due date is oct 20th. my first son was 9lb 10 oZ so i know this is also goingto be a big boy but i still feel its really rude of these people to say stuff like this.

I have been asked if i was having twins since may and I am due in October. I have finally stopped getting upset about it and just happy the baby is ok and I am ok.
I started showing very early and I am told i am all belly so what can I do... I hate the "ohh you must be excited only a couple weeks to go"... and then you say no 3 months. Why do they assume your due date, isnt it more intelligent to just ask the due date.. people are so friggin stupid.. This made me annoyed for you especially since my own boss says i am the size of a house.. Hes a great boss though....
I am sure you look amazing and enjoy your fries and have a WONDERFUL day!!!

When i was 6 months preg with ds i was standing in the food store when a woman walked up to me and asked when i was due... i told her i had 3 months left and she was like "well arent you just a healthy size for 6 months... hope you arent shopping in the bakery aisle"... dh was walking right behind her... iit hink he was ready to grab me so i didnt kill her....

People at work who I thought were nice have been saying things like this and how many babies are in there? It's terrible to say things like that to someone.

Um yeah- you look beautiful. Seriously. I also carried right out front like you are and got the same types of comments. I think poeple really have NO IDEA how big the human belly gets when there is a baby in there! Honestly Diana, you are carrying BEAUTIFULLY, so don't let the comments get to you.
With Maddie, I had some guy ask me if I was "gonna drop that calf right there on the floor" at the bank.
I live amongst rednecks, BTW.
