I think movement might be less consistent at 19 weeks since they are still so tiny and you might not feel anything.
However, I'm 27 weeks and was feeling the baby quite a bit, strong kicks/punches throughout the day and then last week I noticed a dramatic decrease in the baby's mvmts. I had this for 3 days. I felt him move, but it was rare, maybe once every 5-6 hours. I became really concerned and called the doctor. I went in and the baby's heartrate was fine but it was late and the tech was gone so no sono until next day. The doctor told me that since it was getting warmer out, that i needed much more fluid intake and that maybe my amniotic fluid was low. That evening I went home and started guzzling liquids (mostly water and 32oz gatorade). That same night I noticed an increase in my little guy's movements. The sono the next day showed that everything was fine and my amnio. fluid level was great. They said they had no way of knowing what the level was before but that it could change dramatically from one day to the next if I had been dehydrated. Given that his mvmts had been so consistent preciously, I'm pretty sure that the decrease was due to my not drinking enough fluids. Not to scare you, just something to be aware of.

I felt flutters around 15 wks and then nothing until 21 wks. Everyone kept asking me if I felt the baby move and I felt bad b/c I didn't. Then around 21wks the baby had the hiccups and now does not stop.
As hard as it is DON"T STRESS OUT. COMPLETELY NORMAL.

Re: I was feeling the baby move a lot and now not so much. Anyone else go through this
I went through this, I think I was about 20 something weeks along. I called the doctor, and they did tell me this was normal, but invited me in for a visit anyway. We listened to the heartbeat, and had a sonogram - I was extremely thankful that they had me come right over, they just squeezed me in.
LIke I said they assured me it was all normal and that the baby sometimes finds a comfy spot and sleeps!!!
Call them - always call them when you have a question.
For me - I rather be safe and told its normal - than sit and worry.....
