I was looking forward to my kids getting back to school, when
ALL 3 of my kids got the stomach virus last night!!!! Ive only been back to work for 1 day and had to call in sick. Ugh... Does anyone else wish their kids would get sick on their days off? LOL

Absolutely!
We had a week of one with the stomach virus & the following week the other one came down with it.
We were ok except for Tuesday when my daughter had a one day bout with it but we had the ped call in a prescription for Zofran (she was in the ER for dehyrdation when she had it).
Don't hesitate to call your ped for medication. It was awful & scary seeing my daughter cry & have no tears coming out.
I hope it passes through quickly for you guys. 
Edited to add:
PM Pediatrics will give IV fluid if your run into trouble & want to avoid the ER.
