I was LOVING the Hofbrauhaus in Vegas that we discovered this weekend until....
they charged my CC for a TIP when I left CASH as tip on the table.
it wasn't a lot of money but it's so annoying.
and it was my favorite find...since I LOVED the one I went to in Munich.
I don't understand WHY they add on a TIP when the line is SCRATCHED out.
now I have to figure out how to dispute this charge in VEGAS.

I know my brother just calls his CC company and lets them deal with it. You can tell them that you only want to dispute $xxx.

I'd dispute it too. It sounds like you had a shady server. I would also call the place to complain about it.

I use to work for a restaurant company and processed chargebacks all the time. All you need to do is call your CC company and tell them that you want to dispute the charge and the amount you want to dispute and they will take care of the rest for you. Good Luck!
