I was ready to put my head through the wall today...

My daughter HATES riding in the car!!!

Does anyone else's LO hate it too? What do you do? Please help!

We went to BRU with Brian's mom so she could buy her more gifts.... On the way home, I had to one hand the steering wheel b/c my other hand was through the shade on her car seat trying to soothe her/hold her binky in her mouth! I can't do this for that long... it's killing my back!!!!!

Please please please give me advice.... She flips baaaaaadddddd!!!! Even with me trying to soothe her... She choked 2x....

They do outgrow it. DS used to hate stopping for red lights. Every time the car stopped, the screaming began. Just continue going/doing what you need to do. She will get more and more used to it.

yes, my son wa sthat way , he outgrew it. I got a mirror that plays music. he liked that. it was a FP one.

I rarely went anywhere alone in the first few months with the baby. This way, DH drove and I was in the back seat with DS. Sometimes he'd cry bloody murder until about 3 months. We just sang and tried to soothe him.

It does get better!

Cailen was that way too - and the rule was if anyone was in the car they don't touch him, talk to him, anything. The reason for this was he needed to get used to the car without anyone interacting with him since I knew he'd be alone back there most of the time... Once he got that the car brought him places he began to love t!!!

I was ready to lose it today cuz she is normally such an angel who doesn't make a peep unless she is hungry or has a poo diaper. Plus the fact that for the first couple of weeks she LOVED rides in the car.... was out like a light at first acceleration!
