I was so happy at the gym tonight......
Finally back after the holidays and 3 weeks of being sick..........
Saw my trainer and he goes - you lost more weight. I didn't but hey, I'll take the compliment.
THEN......................
I saw my favorite spin instructor and she goes "OMG - you look amazing".
I don't get it - I haven't lost any weight since they last saw me but it made me feel good and motivated my workout a bit.
Felt good to hear and now I actually WANT to go the gym tomorrow!!!!
