I went to the Dr. today and I have a 14cm on the right side (m)
I was a bit annoyed b/c I am not really sure what that means. Does that mean we baby dance now? later? The tech just told me to come back on Saturday. I guess the clomid worked!

Are you doing an IUI this cycle? If you are I'm not sure if BDing would be helpful to DH's sperm, if I remember I think we were told to abstain for 36 hours.

No IUI just regular BDing! No IUI this cylce, they just wanted to see if I would produce an egg on clomid! I have one, now what?

They way want you to come back for another sono and blood to see if you get any more follies. 14 is kinda small still. A good size is 18-22mm.
Are they taking blood? They can tell from that too from your levels.

I think the Dr. told you , it's 14mm. :) 14 cm is pretty large and I think your ovaries would be busting :) Although I know a girl who had 38 follies and they took 25 for IVF lol She was in pain :)
Okay now, 14mm is on the small side but it will be maturing.....follies grow 1mm -2mm a day. They usuall rupture/ovulate when they are about 22mm.
If your Dh has good sperm count, bd bd bd !!!!!!!!!
You will probably be ovulating....the end of the weekend or early next week :)
Drink tons of water, stay away from caffeine, and alcohol. Eat a lot of veggies especially carrots.... Basically the more alkaline your CM is the more sperm friendly it will be :)
