I will be fufilling a week long craving today!!
CORNED BEEF!!!!
We are having our family St. Patty's Day party today. I am just about to put 11 pounds of corned beef (special stuff from our butcher, barrel aged) into two crockpots with a can of in Guiness each one!!!
 I CAN'T WAIT!!!!
