IBS question
When you have an IBS "attack" how long does it last? Days, a week?

it depends on what type of ibs..
i have ibs-d. when i have an 'attack' - it can be 10 minutes or 20 minutes or an hour. it entirely depends on how much i ate (any food i eat, typically comes back out) - thanks to the stomach spasm.

It all depends. I have had them where the pain was on an off for days at a time.
