Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes .... Come See
I made these for my step son on saturday , ( his 8th b day) ,,, I made approx 36 of them & of couse after I moved the tray to the other counter they toppled over .
But you can still get an idea of them,,
He as well as my DH are into bikes, so we had a flame theme going on ,,

To those that asked,  They are made just like cupcakes.
You make the batter as u would a cake batter. I stand the cones up in the cupcake pans & pour the batter right into the cones . I filled it about 2/3 full I would say , To the rim under the cone. ( the part you hold with you hand. & then bake as directed on the box...
You want the batter to bake & overflow a lil above the cone so it looks more like a ice cream .. They really go over well, I made them for him last year & he asked again ,,
