If a credit card raises your limit is this good or bad for your credit?
My Kohls charge went up $500. I recieved a letter in the mail letting me know of the increase. I was just wondering if that will hurt my credit or is this a good thing?

Not bad. It increases the amount of your available credit so your debt to avialable credit ratio would be better.

Yup. It's generally good.
I think on some level having TOO much credit available can hurt you in getting a mortgage, but most of the time it's good bc of the debt/credit ratio.

Kohl's just did that to me too, DH said it increases my debt to availble credit ratio oln my report so i think it's good.
