If anyone is interested, some pics of shower i hosted
sister's baby shower in the garden room at Pomodorino's in Hauppauge
food was good. service was ehhh....
it was a garden theme
collage with baby pics of both of them on light pink and sage anna griffen paper...sono pic in middle (i despise balloons but my mom bought a few)
advice card area. cards were put in the baby carraige.invite was framed. invite was beautiful and made by gingersnap originals (kmac)
one of the favors
spraypainted the pots pink
put a "its a girl" charm and pink pacifer and tied it off with a ribbon each
coming out of the soil were little tagss saying "growing with love..Jeanie's baby shower and date:
other favor on each place setting was cup with 2 tea bags and biscotti
each table had a teapot with a different flower arrangement
also therewas the baby "thank you poem" on each placesetting
lil sis coming in
me and her
i also stapled flowers to the mommy to be sash
mom, sis, and me
good pic except my arms look huge..oh my bad angle
cake i had made at buttercooky in floral park
soon to be parents
all in all, i think i did a good job for my first time hosting a party/shower :)

It took me a while to get the pics because all snapfish pics are now red boxes.. but they were worth it! Everything (including you, your sis and your mom) looked gorgeous! She must have been so happy. And if love really is in the details than it is very evident that you adore your baby sister and soon to be niece!

great job!! everything looked so nice!!
i love the favors, too! i did something very similar for my friends bridal shower ( same saying on the tag and everything!) and they were a huge hit- people were so excited to plant the flowers outside in their gardens when they got bigger!
i'm sure your sister was thrilled! enjoy being an aunt!!
