If I am 2 centimeters dialated... how long do you think I have?
I had an appt yesterday and the dr said I am 2 centimeters dialated and my cervix is soft but still very thick. How long do you think until the baby might come?

Last Tuesday I was 2 cm dilated and still nothing...
I was told it could be anytime or it might not be for a week or two

With my first, my water broke so I had to be induced. Once induced, it went very quickly.
I am hoping that means this one will progress quickly too and especially since its the second. Can you tell we are getting very excited?

I think the only accurate answer here is the baby will be here in 8 more cm!  Best of luck to you I hope it happens soon. :

I went for 3 Dr appt's while 2 cm and 50% or more effaced....
